How to place an order?

You can either place an order by e-mail to sales@allwin.com.tw or by fax to +886-2-8512-3391.

Indicate the following information in your email or fax:

  • The model that you are interested to evaluate.
  • The quantity
  • Complete contact information including company name, delivery address, Tel / Fax number and e-mail address.
  • Contact Person name
  • FEDEX/DHL etc. account number (if applicable); if not available, will add the freight to P/I. An additional amount will be charged over and above the FOB prices indicated. Terms and conditions apply.

How to Pay?

Depending on the situation, we accept either of the following:

  1. T/T in advance.
  2. Via Credit Card and paypal account in advance.
    The Credit Card form and Paypal account log in can be found under Paypal.
  3. 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight in our favour as soon as place the order.
  4. Payment way can be negotiated for big volume orders as well.

How long does it take to process an order?

This depends on the model as well as if there are any special requirements needed.

  1. For samples, it is normally within 7 working days of receipt of payment if there is stock in house.
  2. For formal orders, it's normally within 4 weeks but also depending on the situation, delivery date would be confirmed on the PI or customer's order.

How fast can you ship to my country?

Depending on the country and city, it can take approx. 1 to 5 working days after receiving T/T.

How much are the freight charges?

  1. Basically, we suggest you to use your own forwarder and account for FOB Taiwan(HK) term and freight control, please provide us the necessary information of assigned forwarder and account number on your order.
  2. Freight charges depend on the freight forwarder, the volume, the weight, the dimension, the shipping way, the service you choose and the country.

How does the ordering process work?

  • Send your Order by e-mail to sales@allwin.com.tw or fax to +886-2-8512-3391.
  • A Proforma Invoice will be issued if necessary.
  • Payment to Allwin account or L/C received.
  • Please e-mail or fax us a copy of the bank transfer indicating payment made already.
  • Dispatching of your order on receipt of payment.

How to ask for the status of my order?

The status of your order should be requested by e-mail sales@allwin.com.tw.

How do I get technical support from ALLWIN?

Should you have any questions of technical issues, please send an e-mail to sales@allwin.com.tw.

Do you offer free samples?

No. It is our company policy not to offer free samples, please do not request for free samples.

As such enquires will not be entertained. But we provide samples 30-day money back guarantee policy, if you are not satisfied with the sample within 30 days from the date of delivery.

What is ALLWIN samples 30-day money back guarantee policy?

Basically, if the client is not satisfied with the sample within 30 days from the date of samples arrive at clients's house, just send the sample back to us in its original packing, Once we receive and test that it's in a new re-saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the sample back.

What is ALLWIN warranty policy, and how does ALLWIN handle the RMA with customers?

ALLWIN provides 14 months warranty. For more detail, pls refer to RMA Policy.

Is credit card payment accepted?

Yes. You can make the payment by filling out the credit card form via Paypal .

How can I get good prices for ALLWIN's VoIPs?

We suggest you purchase a sample to test and evaluate our quality in advance. At the same time we will put you in our mailing list, negotiations can be proceed very quickly if the sample quality is good for you.

Are you able to do OEM for clients with their own brand/logo?

Yes, we are. The MOQ is 1,000 PCS for OEM project and we may inquire extra charge on your special requirements.

Are you able to do ODM for clients?

Yes, we are. The MOQ is 5,000 PCS at least for ODM project.

Where are the VoIPs delivered from?

From Taiwan (FOB Taiwan term).
From Hong Kong (FOB HK term).

RMA service wouldn't be processed without RMA number.

RMA Service Procedure :
  1. Download the RMA Request Form, and send it to sales@allwin.com.tw or fax to +886-2-8512-3391 after completing it.
  2. Get the RMA number from ALLWIN.
  3. Return the defective products to ALLWIN after getting the RMA number.
