APS(Auto Provision Server) is a server which can managing large number of VoIP devices (VoIP gateway or IP phone) with HTTP / HTTPS Standard Protocol. For efficient management purpose, different parameter config file and firmware are stored in APS, gateway or IP phone will connect to APS and update to the newest data automatically. The update period can be defined by administrator, every time when the gateway or IP phone reboot, also the data will be synchronized to the same version with APS.
APS perfectly solve the problem that administrator can't remote those gateways or IP phones which are build under NAT and assigned with fake IP address.
