The configuration of WAN IP can be programmed by IVR to setup the necessary parameter of IP via DTMF code of phone sets that users don't need to use the computer for the device's configuration for all of ALLWIN's products.

Most of the configuration modification on Web UI becomes effective immediately without re-starting the computer for all of ALLWIN's products.

Also, the devices can work normally in 30 seconds after turning on the power, and build-in the watching dog to monitor if the devices can work normally and re-start the devices automatically when they shut down.

As the special design of watching dog to assure the device are used efficiently all the time.

All of ALLWIN's products can advise users the current devices' status by customized prompt voice, these customized prompt voice can be made by telephone's record or upload the voice file of G.711 and G.723 format through Web UI.

All of ALLWIN's VoIP devices can export all of the call detailed record to two external Web servers via HTTP protocol to generate CDR.

Users can configure to accept specific IP range for VoIP call in to avoid the useless call in or illegal use.
All of ALLWIN's products can be configured many sets of IP range, only the authorized IP can be called in when the other VoIP devices call in, this kind of function can avoid the useless call in and illegal use on Internet.

Users can configure the call forward of always/on busy/no answer via ALLWIN's VoIP devices, all of the above functions can be configured by all calls are forwarded to the same receiver or assigned different receiver with different line.

In order to manage many kinds of VoIP devices efficiently, all of ALLWIN's products can be maintained by the specific Auto Provision Server.
The management is to store the devices' configuration and the latest Firmware on the central Provision Server, the remote devices can reach these information from Provision Server regularly or when the devices turn on.
Therefore the provision server can make the central management and solve the problem efficiently if it cannot access the internal IP of remote devices.



GW will synchronize to Provision Server for confirming firmware version when it restarts every time,
also check if there is any newest version or configuration can be downloaded every 60 minutes (user can define the period of synchronization) . Synchronization will be executed at night time even there is no newest data from Provision Server to assure the data is all correct.

The application is quite easy and flexible that users can configure over 100 sets of Call Out and Call In routing rules, besides setting the number length according to different area code, but also can increase or decrease the numbers, choose different route, transfer and protocol, route the call via peer to peer or Proxy Server.

Users can review every kind of information below through Web GUI of ALLWIN's VoIP devices.

1) The connecting route, Caller ID, Time, Call out number, off-line reason and so on for every call.



2) Enable and disable status with reasons for registering to every server.



3) Information of Calling package statistics in each line (port).
